Personal Journey
Robert’s path to coaching began in the aftermath of personal loss, divorce, and the struggle to find his footing once his uniform came off. He spent nearly a year homeless while he recalibrated his priorities—opting to live closer to his daughter and recommit to his faith and family. Through self-education in thought leaders like Tony Robbins and Jack Canfield, Robert discovered NLP and recognized its profound ability to heal trauma and reshape identity. Today, he dedicates himself to mentoring active-duty soldiers, veterans, and high‐school students as they prepare to enlist. Robert also volunteers as a firefighter and supports the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), ensuring that his commitment to service extends well beyond coaching sessions.
Coaching Philosophy
Robert believes that every client has untapped resources within. His mission is to help you replace anger, guilt, or fear with clarity, emotional resilience, and renewed purpose. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, career transition, or rebuilding family relationships, Robert meets you with compassion and veteran-level authenticity.
Cathy Casteel – Co-Founder & Veteran Coach
Professional Highlights
- Served in the U.S. Army Reserves and on active duty in Afghanistan and Kuwait.
- Former law enforcement officer with firsthand understanding of high-stakes stress.
- Speaker and volunteer; holds a deep passion for community mental health advocacy.
Personal Journey
Cathy’s story is woven from the fabric of early adversity, resilience, and an unquenchable thirst for self-development. As the youngest of six, she witnessed her mother’s struggle to provide for the family in the wake of divorce and abuse. Cathy’s own battles with self-sabotage, depression, and a series of abusive relationships ignited a hunger for transformation. A single self-development seminar in Dallas became the catalyst for her journey through hundreds of coaching books and seminars, ultimately introducing her to NLP. To “clean her mirror,” as Cathy puts it, she learned to master her internal dialogue, step into self-love, and break free from past limitations.
Coaching Philosophy
Cathy understands what it means to be perfectly imperfect. Her sessions weave empathy, humor, and a steadfast belief that “your life is a gift.” She specializes in helping clients break through self-judgment, establish healthy relationships, and rediscover their innate worth. When you work with Cathy, you’ll be challenged to embrace your voice, fully honor your experience, and realize that you were enough the moment you were born.
